Description of key information

The self-ignition temperature of the substance is determined to 375 °C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Autoflammability / Self-ignition temperature at 101 325 Pa:
375 °C

Additional information

The self-ignition temperature of the substance is derived from a weight-of-evidence approach of an experimental study and two secondary sources. The values derived from these sources differ only in a minor range. Taking safety reasons into account, DIPPR (2013) stated the lowest self-ignition temperature and is therefore considered as key value for the chemical safety assessment as part of a worst case approach.
