First-aid measures

General information: Remove all contaminated clothing. Also heed the risks to your own person.
Following skin contact: Wash skin immediately with plenty of water and soap. If skin reactions occur, contact a physician.
Contact with the hot melt: Do not remove product crusts which may have formed neither forcibly nor by applying any solvents to the skin involved. In order to obtain medical care for possible burns and for a smooth cleansing of the skin, seek medical advice immediately.
Following eye contact: Open the eyelids and rinse for an adequate length of time with water. Consult an eye specialist immediately.
Upon inhalation Take the patient into the fresh air; if there is difficulty in breathing, medical advice is required.
Upon swallowing: Drink some water. The mouth should be rinsed out several times. If the patient feels unwell, seek medical advice.

Fire-fighting measures

Extinguishing media: CO2, foam, dry powder; in cases of larger fires, water spray should be used. Never use direct water jet.

Accidental release measures

Take up avoiding formation of dust. Fill into labelled, sealable containers. Use the necessary personal protective equipment when handling.

Handling and storage

Store in original container. Ensure effective ventilation. Vent waste air only via suitable separators or scrubbers. Precautions should generally be taken against electrostatic charges according to the equipment used and the way the product is handled and packaged.
