Description of key information

In an examination of effects on the cellular immune system of rats following exposure to 1-bromopropane, the numbers of CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells in female exposure groups had lower values compared to the control group. These differences were not statistically significant for both male and female groups, however, in case of NK cells in 1,800 ppm female group, there was a significant difference (p<0.05).
