Description of key information

In a reproduction study pregnant rats were exposed to the test substance in diet (0, 0.1, 0.5 and 1.0% ). After weaning their offspring was treated until day 43. Effects on locomotor activity and brain levels of noradrenaline, dopamine and serotonine of the offspring were determined at specific intervals during the test period (interim kills where necessary).

No effects of the test substance was reported in this study
