Additional information

The oxygen balance of the test substance could not be calculated because the test substance is a salt. The test substance however does not contain a group that is chemically instable or highly energetic i.e. a group associated with explosive properties. Based on this the test substance is considered to pose no risk for explodability. In conclusion, the test substance has no explosive properties.

Justification for classification or non-classification

The test substance does not contain chemical groups which are associated with explosive properties.

Therefore in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 section 2.1.4.3 (a) the substance shall not be classified as explosive.
