Description of key information

Single values for the category or individual UVCB members are not applicable. Indicative values for the category are -88°C to 260°C as calculated by the EN ISO 3405 and ASTM D-86 methods. These are based on the Category domain and representative values for products and individual category members.

Additional information

The boiling point ranges of 25 -200°C and 25 -170°C for motor gasoline and aviation gasoline, respectively were obtained from the CONCAWE, 1992 product dossier. Additionally, the CONCAWE (2010) “Compilation of selected physico-chemical properties of petroleum substances” report indicates that UVCB substances included in the category have boiling points in the range of the domain. Data are considered reliable.
