Two published values are available for the upper and lower flammability of 2 -butoxyethyl acetate. These values cover a reasonably narrow range of values for the lower limit although span a wider range for the upper limit. The values are thought to originate from different sources. The key values are taken from the source that has been regarded as a reliable source of such information in EU risk assessments. This data, combined with the flashpoint, lead to the conclusion for the key parameter.
