Male mice (Q-strain) received a single ip injection of triethyl phosphate. The cytogenetic effects were investigated in bone marrow cells and spermatogonia.
The frequency of chromosome aberrations observed in bone marrow metaphases and spermatogonia of the animals treated with triethyl phophate did not increase significantly with respect to the control levels.
