Applicant's summary and conclusion

Executive summary:

The activity of Cholinesterase was measured in plasma and erythrocytes of dogs treated with TEP.

TEP was administered orally in a 10% aqueous dilution and after 2, 6, 24 h, 3d and 7d the activity of Choolinesterase was measured.

Every dose was tested in two dogs.

TEP inhibits the unspecific plasma-cholinesterase in dogs after administration of 250 mg/kg bw (100 mg/kg bw showed no significant effect).

The erythrocytes-cholinesterase was not inhibited after administration of 100 or 250 mg/kg in dogs.
