Additional information

In a static acute fish test conducted according to OECD guideline 203 using carp as test organism resulted in a LC50 (96 h) value of 36 mg/L. The study was performed under GLP regulations by NOTOX in 2007. The results were based on the initially measured test item concentrations. This result is supported by a publication by Bridie et al. published in 1973. In this publication gold fish were exposed to different petrochemicals including the test substance. The LC50 determined after 96 hours was 30 mg/L and is therefore in accordance with the results obtained in the key study.
