No experimental studies on the aquatic toxicity were available. Thus the results were estimated based on the constituent approach described in the EFEO NCS protocol. This was done using Episuite QSAR for the individual constituents with combination toxicity calculated according to the formula in Appendix 7 of the EFEO NCS protocol. The results of the calculations for the aquatic toxicity of Peppermint oil are listed in the table below. Since this calculation method used those QSARs for the constituents that gave the most conservative results, the overall result is to be considered as a conservative value.
