The determination of explosive properties has been carried out in a guideline study according to the European Commission Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008, Method A.14.

The test item has no danger of explosion according to the explosive properties in the sense of the EuropeanCommission Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008, method A.14.

Justification for classification or non-classification

The substance Tetraglyme has no explosive properties in the sense of the European Commission regulation (EC) No. 440/2008 method A14. and in the sense of the EPA Product Properties Test Guideline OPPTS 830.6316. Therefore classification for explosiveness is not warranted.
