The results from the aquatic toxicity studies are as follows:

LC50 (96 h) fish >= 100 mg/l (nominal concentration).

EC50 (48 h) daphnia = 38 mg/l (nominal concentration).

ErC50 (72 h) algae = 39 mg/l (nominal concentration).

EC50 microorganisms was determined to be greater than 1000 mg/l.

Based on the results from the aquatic toxicity (values in the range 10 -100 mg/l) and since the substance is readily biodegradable and has a log Powof < 4, the substance is not classified.
