Description of key information

The calculation was accomplished with the ACD/LogD Suite Program, Version 10, Advanced Chemistry Development, Toronto, Canada.
This QSAR method estimates the log n-octanol/water partition coefficient (log POW) of organic chemicals in dependence of pH (=log D) using a molecule fragment contribution method.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Log Kow (Log Pow):
at the temperature of:
25 °C

Additional information

The partition coefficient of the substance is dependent on the pH value as consequence of the presence of an amino group in the molecule. The estimation shows, that the Log partition coefficient m falls from 1.32 (in the alcalinous pH region) to -1.78 (in the acid pH region).
