According to the ECHA's guidance: "Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment
Appendix R.7.13-2: Environmental risk assessment for metals and metal compounds" biotic degradation rates should be set to zero for metals.
Biological degradion is not meaningful for elements and inorganic substances, since degradation is defined as the conversion of organic matter (predominantly carbon based) to water and carbon dioxide.
