Although the substance can be considered to fulfil the criteria for Persistency, it does not fulfil the criteria for bioaccumulation or Toxicity, as specified in REACH Annex XIII. As such, the substance cannot be considered as a PBT or vPvB substance, based on the available data.
It should also be noted that whilst this criteria is applicable to the substance, the neat substance would be manufactured and formulated products containing the substance would be produced in closed systems. Recommendations for handling and disposal would be made that are intended to avoid exposure of the substance to the various compartments of the environment.
