Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The test substance is hydrolytically stable with a half-life time of >1 year.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Half-life for hydrolysis:
1 yr
at the temperature of:
25 °C

Additional information

The hydrolysis of the test substance was investigated according to OECD Guideline 111 (Study director 2010a). The test was performed at pH 4.0, 7.0 and 9.0 in sterile buffer solutions at a temperatures of 50°C. After 5 days of incubation, the hydrolytical degradation was less than 10% of initial concentrations in the range of 324 to 413 mg/L for all temperatures and pH values (pH 9: borate buffer; pH 7: phosphate buffer; pH 4: citrate buffer). The estimated half-life time (5d) at 25 °C is >1 year. The substance is hydrolytically stable.
