PBT assessment: overall result

PBT status:
the substance is not PBT / vPvB
Justification:

The substance consists of several constituents.

Based on the available data on biotic and abiotic degradation, bioaccumulation and toxicity neither of the constituents fulfills the criteria for P, B and T(not PBT) or vP and vB (not vPvB).

The UVCB substance fulfils the screening criterion for persistence. However, as the criteriafor toxicity and bioaccumulation are not fulfilled it is not a PBT or vPvB substance. No emission characterisation is performed.

NOTE: Environment Canada has initiated an assessment of the category of alkylated diphenylamines as part of their Chemicals Management Plan (Section 71 Survey deadline in 2012) and this assessment is still ongoing. The draft screening report has been published in December 2016 and is attached in IUCLID section 13.

Likely routes of exposure:

Regarding all available data on biotic and abiotic degradation, bioaccumulation and toxicity it can be stated that the substance does not fulfill the PBT criteria (not PBT) and not the vPvB criteria (not vPvB).
