The log of the adsorption coefficient (KOC) of di-tert-butyl 1,1,4,4-tetramethyltetramethylene diperoxide (CAS# 78-63-7) was calculated to be log KOC = 4.72 which is equal to a KOC value of 52600 using the HPLC method.
Executive summary:

The adsorption coefficient of the test item has been determined.

The determination was carried out using the HPLC screening method, designed to becompatible with Method 121 of the OECD Guidelines for Testing of Chemicals,22 January 2001. The log of the adsorption coefficient (KOC) of di-tert-butyl 1,1,4,4-tetramethyltetramethylene diperoxide (CAS# 78-63-7) was calculated to be log KOC = 4.72 which is equal to a KOC value of 52600 using the HPLC method.
