General advice

In the case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately (show the label where possible).

Show this safety data sheet to the doctor in attendance.

Remove and wash contaminated clothing before re-use.

If inhaled

IF INHALED: Remove to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing.

In case of skin contact

Wash off immediately with soap and plenty of water.

In case of eye contact In the case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

If swallowed Immediately give large quantities of water to drink.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing media: Foam, Carbon dioxide (CO2), Water spray, Dry powder

Special protective equipment for firefighting: Personal protection through wearing a tightly closed chemical protection suit and a self-contained breathing apparatus.

Additional information on firefighting: Fire residues and contaminated fire extinguishing water must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions: Use personal protective equipment.

Environmental precautions: Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system. Avoid subsoil penetration.

Methods for cleaning up: Use mechanical handling equipment. Pick up and transfer to properly labelled containers. Dispose of as special waste in compliance with local and national regulations. Clean contaminated floors and objects thoroughly while observing environmental regulations.

Advice on safe handling: Provide sufficient air exchange and/or exhaust in work rooms.

Advice on protection against fire and explosion: Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking. Take precautionary measures against static discharges.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Respiratory protection: In case of inadequate ventilation wear respiratory protection. Respirator with filter for organic vapour.

Hand protection: Suitable material: Chloroprene; Material thickness: min. 0,65 mm; Break through time: > 480 min; Reference substance: Take note of the information given by the producer concerning permeability and break through times, and of special workplace conditions (mechanical strain, duration of contact).

Eye protection: Tightly fitting safety goggles. Face-shield

General protective and hygiene measures: Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. When using, do not eat, drink or smoke. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Keep away from food, drink and animal feedingstuffs. Do not breathe dust. Wash hands before breaks and at the end of workday.

Engineering measures: Ensure adequate ventilation, especially in confined areas.
