Absorption after dermal exposure:

The substance is an organic salt which is highly soluble in water.Additionally, the human epidermis is an excellent barrier for salts, in particular highly water soluble and charged molecules cannot (easily) penetrate such barrier.

Therefore a relevant dermal absorption is not expected.
