Sample tested:
other: chemical structure was assessed
Parameter:
other: chemical assessment
Remarks on result:
other: no oxidising properties

Assessment of oxidising properties was made by examining the chemical structures of the test item with a list of functional groups that may indicate oxidising properties (ECHA 'Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment', Chapter R.7a). The test item does not contain any compounds with any structures or groups associated with oxidising properties. There are also no components in the test item and substances acc. the known reaction mechanism which can react together and/or build new structures with oxidising properties.

Interpretation of results:
other: no oxidising properties

Description of key information

not oxidising  (expert statement)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Oxidising properties:
non oxidising

Additional information

The test material contains no functional groups which are characteristic of oxidising properties.
