Description of key information

Auto-flammability cannot be determined because the substance decomposes under the test conditions.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Substance decomposes under test conditions (EU A.16) due to Self- Accelerating Decomposition and not due to oxidative self-heating. Relevant for the thermal stability of the substance is the Self- Accelerating Decomposition Temperature (SADT). For the substance the SADT is 40 °C (reference SADT: CLP regulations and UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, Manual of Tests and Criteria, 5th revised edition, sub-sections 28.1, 28.2, 28.3 and Table 28.3.)

See also ECHA guidance on the application of the CLP criteria, section 2.14.
