Several independant sources reporting values for partition coefficient n-octanol/water log Pow in the small range between 2.34 and 3.04. The three references with highest reliabilities due to best documentation of methods and experimental details were used to calculate an average value. One of these studies was performed according to OECD guideline. References with incomplete documentation of experimental details and where no method is stated as well as one reference where the measurement was performed at 37°C have not been used for the average calculation.

The average value of log Pow of 2.8 was chosen as the key value for chemical safety assessment.
