Description of key information

Additional information

According to Regulation (EC) No.1907/2006, Annex IX, 7.15, Column 1, this requirement is only required if the stability of the substance is considered to be critical. This chemical converts to hydrogen cyanide (HCN, CAS RN 74-90-8) which is highly soluble and stable in water of pH under 9. Stability of this substance in organic solvents is not considered to be critical; hence, the criterion for adaptation is met.
