Additional information

Daphnia magna was exposed to a dispersion of the substance for only 24 hours in a static test. The concentrations were 0, 3.2, 5.8, 10.0, 18 and 32 mg/L (nominal). The EC50(24h) was found to be 7.3 mg/l (measured). DMF was used and small amounts of test substance were floating at the surface of the test solution. It can not be excluded that the undissolved particles might have caused the observed adverse effects.
