Additional information

In a static test conducted according to 79/831/EWG Annex 5, Part C 50 % of Daphnia magna were immobile at a substance concentration of 10.7 mg/l after 48 hours (BASF AG, 1993). In a second study performed in compliance with 79/831/EWG, Annex 5, Part C an EC50 of 2.51 mg/l was detected (BASF AG, 1988). The lower observed effective concentration in this study is presumably due to the usage of a solubiliser.
