Description of key information

In contact with water the test substance will hydrolyse slowly.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

One study on the hydrolysis of the test substance is available (Ciba-Geigy 1991). The results of this study demonstrate that the test substance hydrolyses slowly (hydrolysis < 10 %) at pH 4, 7 and 9 at 50 °C and that the half life of the tested substances for hydrolysis is proved to be greater than 1 year.
