Conclusions:
Methyl chloroacetate is classified in a substance group with no effect at the doses mentioned.
Executive summary:

The acute effect of a 0.2% solution of methyl chloroacetate in acetone on the activity and mortality of imagines of the Colorado beetle, Leptinotarsa decemlineata was examined in a closed system (Petri dish covered with a glass lid). The test dilution was distributed uniformly over the bottom of the Petri dishes at various concentrations (0.0075, 0.015 and 0.03 mg/cm2). The test duration was 18 hours at 20 -22 ºC. A control group was established. Methyl chloroacetate is classified in a substance group with no effect at the doses mentioned.
