Additional information

The key study, a test according to OECD guideline 202 and Commission Regulation EC No 440/2008 C.2 (48-hour Acute Toxicity to Daphnia magna), was performed by BMG Engineering and the sponsor BASF SE (2013, report no. 50E0108/09X103). The GLP study was consistent with all validity criteria of the guideline. The nominal concentrations were verified by analytical monitoring during the test. The EC50 value after 48h was determined to be 19.0 mg/L (95% CL: 17.6 - 20.7 mg/L; measured, geometric mean). Hence, the test substance is acutely harmful to aquatic invertebrates.
