Waiving:
In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex IX, short- and long-term toxicity testing with terrestrial organisms (required in section 9.4.1) does not need to be conducted. The direct and indirect exposure of soil compartments is unlikely as the substance is readily biodegradable.
