Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Biodegradation in water:
readily biodegradable

Additional information

Ready biodegradability was investigated in a well documented study according to OECD guideline 301B. The test substance reached 71% degradation within 28 days and the 10 day-window was met. Therefore, the substance is readily biodegradable.

Several supportive data on inherent biodegradability (Zahn-Wellens) as well as BOD5 and COD data are available from IUCLID 4 but without proof.
