Information regarding the atmospheric degradation of perfluoromethyl vinyl ether (PMVE) was sourced from three rewiev articles.

All the studies agree on the fact that the rate constant of the reaction of PMVE with OH radicals is of 10^-12 cm3 molecule^-1s^-1 order of magnitudo and that its atmospheric life time is of few days (5 -8 days).
