No experimental studies investigating the adsorption/desorption potential of diethyleneglycol diformate (CAS 120570-77-6) are available. Therefore, the log Koc was calculated using KOCWIN v2.00 (Müller, 2011). Calculations with KOCWIN v2.00, resulted in log Koc values of 0.17 (estimation based on log Kow) and 1 (based on molecular connectivity index (MCI)), indicating that the substance has a low potential to adsorb to organic soil and sediment particles.
