- Based on this report from the European Union (2001) the Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI) for Polyglycerol esters of fatty acids is 25 mg/kg bw (the substance is known as E 475) and the ADI for Polyglycerol polyricinoleate is 7.5 mg/kg bw (the substance is known as E 476).
