Description of key information

In accordance REACH Annex IX, the dissociation constant study does not need to be performed as the substance is a salt. Salts are reaction products of acids and bases that retain their ionic character.

Additional information

Data waiving applied in accordance with REACH Annex IX, the substance soluble in water (i.e., 455 g/L). It is neither acidic nor alkaline. At the whole pH range the substance fully dissociated in water, consisting of ionised cationic surfactant and chloride as counter ion.
