Additional information

For the definition of flammability, REACH refers to regulation 67/548. According to this regulation flammability is not required for liquids if the flash point is above 60°C. The flash point of this substance is about 200°C, well above the limit of 60°C.

Justification for classification or non-classification

Squalene is not classified as flammable because it doesn't meet the classification criteria of the CLP regulation n. 1272/2008 (Flash point < 60°C)
