The substance is not considered as highly flammable. Also, due to the appearance and state of the substance it is not expected to be autoflammable. The sample is a paste and due to this air cannot penetrate into the substance. When this is the case, selfheating will not occur, since it needs interaction with air in the whole sample, and not only at the surface.
