Additional information

In view of the results of the hydrolysis test conducted with 2 -methyl-N-(4-sulfamoylphenyl) prop-2-enamide (SPM-N) (DT50 > 1 year at pH 4, 7 and 9), abiotic degradation in water is not expected to be a relevant pathway in the environmental fate of this substance. The substance is not volatile and therefore, it will not be found in the atmospheric compartment in significant amounts, based on a vapour pressure value < 1.33 x 10-8Pa at 20 °C.
