Additional information

The HPLC method was used to determine the partition coefficient of 2-methyl-N-(4-sulfamoylphenyl) prop-2-enamide (SPM-N), according to OECD Guideline 117 and EU Method A.8. In the chromatogram of the test substance solution, one large test substance peak and three small test substance peaks were observed. The large peak was considered to derive from the major component of the test substance and the small peaks (two < 1 area-%, one ca. 1.5 area-%) were probably from impurities.
