Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

No toxic effects against algae were observed at the limit of water solubility under exposure conditions.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The Algae were exposed to a limit test concentration of nominally 1 mg/L of DYNS2246 dissolved in water. Auxiliaries used to prepare the test media were an ultrasonic bath, a magnetic stirrer and a folded filter.

Analysis of the yield and growth rate of the algal population within the 72 h exposure period gave the following results:

Results [mg/L]:

ErC 50 (0-72 h) : > 0.078

ErC 10 (0-72 h) : > 0.078

EyC 50 (0-72 h) : > 0.078

EyC 10 (0-72 h) : > 0.078

NOEC [r] (tα 0.05) : ≥ 0.078

NOEC [y] (tα 0.05) : ≥ 0.078

No toxic effects against algae were observed at the limit of water solubility under exposure conditions. The results are expressed in terms of geometric mean measured concentrations.
