- Conclusions:
- The reported acute toxicity via other routes for sodium thiocyanate in RTECS shows an LD50 via i.p. of 500 in mice, 540 in rat, and 500 mg/kg in guinea pig. Further LDlo values reported involving subcutaneous and intravenous dosing in various species range between 100 and 484 mg/kg.
