5.4.1 Adsorption/desorption
In accordance with Column 2 of REACH Annex VIII, the screening adsorption study (as required under Section 9.3.1) does not need to be conducted as the substance has been found to be readily biodegradable and has a low log Pow.
Furthermore, in accordance with Column 2 of REACH Annex IX, the further adsorption / desorption study (as required under Section 9.3.3) is not required as the substance has been shown to have low adsorption potential by having a low log Pow.
