Description of key information

The onset of weight loss occurred at approx. 165 oC. There were  two main thermal events at derivative peak values of  213 and  363 oC corresponding to weight loss values of  37.0and 53.9%, respectively. A residue remained at  600oC equivalent to 9.1% of the material.

A thermogravimetric analysis performed according to the ASTM E2550 -07 guideline indicates the test substance decomposes before boiling.

The test material was heated under nitrogen up to  600 oC. Examination of the TGA curve shows that weight loss associated with sample decomposition occurred. The onset of weight loss occurred at approx. 165 oC.
