The partition coefficient was measured using the HPLC method.
Additionally referred to study TAOH, Report No.07.249 the partion coefficient has been estimated based on the ratio of the solubility of test item in octanol and water at various temperatures (10°C, 20°C and 30°C) and at pH 5 (pH of test water).The results given are as follows:
logPow= 4.8 at 10°C
logPow= 4.6 at 20°C
logPow= 4.5 at 30°C
