Description of key information

The test material begins to thermally decompose at approximately 320°C. This process is complete at approximately 500°C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Boiling point at 101 325 Pa:
320 °C

Additional information

This temperature (320°C) is not a boiling point. It is the stage at which first decomposition is observed after heating in a nitrogen atmosphere marking the beginning of thermal degradation, which appears complete near 500°C.
