Description of key information

An OECD 202 acute toxicity study to daphnia Magna was performed to determine the short-term toxicity of 1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, oligomeric reaction products with 2,2-dimethylpropan-1,3-diol used as read-across chemical.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The EC50 (48h) was determined in a freshwater static OECD 202 acute toxicity test to Daphnia magna and found to be greter than 100 mg/L
