Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

Data are not available to allow the distribution of AS305BD within the environment to be modelled. However, based on the low water solubility of the substance and the high expected Koc value it is unlikely to be associated with water to a significant degree but is more likely to be associated with soils and sediment. It is therefore possible that should the substance enter a sewage treatment plant (STP) it could be associated with sludge with subsequent transfer to agricultural soil. Based on the known chemical properties (mainly ionised) it is unlikely to be present in air. The estimated distribution calculated by EUSES showed emissions of 0.008% to air, 8.3% to water, 90.6% to sludge and 1.1% to soil.
