Additional information

The effects of 4-[(2-chloroethyl)(ethyl)amino]benzaldehyde on algae were investigated in a GLP-study according to OECD guideline 201. The test was performed under static conditions using Desmodesmus subspicatus as test species and included an analytical monitoring. Based on growth rate an EC50 (72 h) of 14.4 mg/L (measured) was reported. Additionally, an NOEC (72 h) = 2.42 mg/L (measured) was determined [BASF 2010].
