Description of key information
Half-life in air has been estimated for the main substances in two amidoamines/imidazolines products with AOPWIN v1.92a which in incorporated in EPIsuite v4.0. The half-life ranges from 0.9 - 2 Hrs for reaction with OH radicals at an environmental OH radical concentration of 500000 OH/cm3

The vapour pressure of amidoamines/imidazolines is extremely low <0.0001 mPa. It is therefore very unlikely that these substances will be present in the vapour form under ambient conditions. Despite of the short predicted half-life this removal mechanism is considered to be of low relevance for these substances.
